Mining is the process that proposes and validates blocks in a proof-of-work network. In RTNC, mining exists to demonstrate a transparent, publicly verifiable rule-set for network operation and issuance.

Phased Participation Plan

RTNC is documented as a multi-phase proof-of-work network. Phases are intended to be announced publicly with clear rules and notice windows before activation.

Public Notice Rule: Any activation of a phase must be announced publicly in advance, with a written change-log and published documentation, so participation conditions are visible to all.
